Our history starts from afar, with the development and industrialization of some of the most innovative coffee makers projects in Italy from the ’90s onwards. For over 10 years we have been working with the most important brands in the sector, dealing with the entire production chain for the production of coffee makers. A long journey that leads us to become today one of the companies in Italy with more experience in the industry, thanks also to important partnerships with leading Chinese manufacturing companies.

 

WHAT’S IN A COFFEE MAKER

All GALNER products have in common the accurate attention given by the technicians at the planning stage. The sizing of each individual component is fundamental, from the boiler to the funnel dispenser, to the pipe. The materials used respond to ethics based on respect for the consumer and the environment: for its coffee makers only materials in accordance with European Union food standards; silicone gaskets to guarantee hygiene, extreme durability and minimal deformation; handles and knobs made to resist high temperature, robust and reliable, positioned so as not to overheat.

 

PRODUCT INNOVATIONS

Among the innovations developed by Giuseppe Nerozzi, we have

• The first coffee maker that achieves steady and constant pressure coffee extraction, allowing you to obtain a drink with organoleptic characteristics similar to the espresso made at the bar;
• The Orziera, the first coffee maker, developed with Nestlé, for the extraction of ground barley;
• the first coffee maker able to make “at once” the Italian cappuccino;
• the first coffee maker able to produce both cappuccino and creamy espresso.
• the first coffee maker to operate with pods (of the soft type ESE-Illy).
